Selling out

According to Dennis Camplin, Jordon and I sold out today when we bought the Rustic Cabin from Arlington Beach Camp.  Dennis was joking but he may have been projecting :-)

We take possession on June 15th.

Short term goals include painting and some redecorating.  It has three bedrooms, no bathroom, and after the summer, we lose our water unless we tap into some deeper water pipes.   It is a MASSIVE 336 square feet.  That being said, it should be a lot of fun and I can’t wait to spend some time out there.  Now I need to make some decisions on bedding, paint, household items, and figuring out where Maggi will sleep (where ever she wants is the usual answer).

We went looking around at XS Cargo today and bought a wall clock and some cutlery for the cabin.  We are working on a list for the cabin today.  It should be fun.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Wendy! As I mentioned on Jordon’s blog, the firepit’s always open and I make a mean toffee nut latte. ;)

Wow, I am so excited for y’all. This would be my dream come true. Memories of sunsets on Arlington still linger after all these years. Good for you and so much fun decorating!
