Sick
February 15, 2008 by Wendy Cooper
This has been a fun week for us. Last week Jordon started sleeping for about 14 hours a night. From the time he came home to the time he had to go to work. At the same time his co-worker who had missed no time in years was staring a long streak of sick days with a virus he caught. Since Jordon was covering for him, he didn’t want to take a day off. Thursday it all came to an end and Jordon had to go see a doctor. His chest was totally tight, his joints ached, and doing the simplest of tasks wiped him out. Coughing was painful. We assume it is the same virus and the doctor prescribed bed rest for him after doing a plethora of tests. Jordon went home and slept for another 24 hours and is feeling a little bit better today. He had better keep getting better as he has to preach Sunday at the Saskatoon Free Methodist Church. The bed news is that I have it now and I feel horrible. So much for a festive long weekend. Family Day this year will be sponsored by Tylenol.
