Last night Jordon and I went to Rick Pilling’s MFA reception, self/portrait and show at the Snelgrove Gallery on the University of Saskatchewan campus. It is on display until February 15th and if you can find the time, you will want to check it out. We have seen Rick’s paintings over the years and we knew the show would be great but we were blown away by several of the paintings. Some were of people that I had seen around town and were simply stunning. The good news that is you can’t make it to the show, I am pretty confident that his paintings will be hanging in galleries around the world in years to come.
