Jordon is back in Saskatoon. We talked shortly after he had met Warren Horricks, Adam Beach, Karen*, and Dave King at the Calgary Airport for lunch and I told him that I was a mess because I hadn’t taken my medication for a couple of days. I had forgotten and all of a sudden came crashing back to earth and was not in good shape when he came home. It was the first time since I started with my depression medication that I had missed one day let alone three. It explains the lack of blogging around here the last couple of days.
Jordon came off the airplane in shorts as he had slept at LAX the night before (one of the guys had a late night flight to Cincinnati and Jordon had an early morning flight to Calgary so instead of getting someone to drive him 60 miles on Monday morning at 4:00 a.m. he decided to crash at the airport) and not impressed with the Saskatoon weather.
Despite his misgivings about the weather, it is good to have my tanned hubby back home. Today we slept in and then managed to go to Toys R Us and got Mark a Nerf gun with laser sights. I can’t imagine how many times I am going to take a Nerf bullet to the head in the next week.
